URBAN WATER SYSTEM eDUCATIONAL FLIERS

Designed for Baltimore City Public Schools (BCPS), these informational fliers illustrate the urban water systems, following water from the environment, through public use and overflow systems, back into the environment. Treatment before use and after use are summarized in easy to understand illustrations and simple descriptions. The sheets distill complicated systems into digestible visuals that help children from 12 and older understand where their water comes from.

Bespoken Studios worked with Joanna Pi-Sunyer, Sustainability Manager, Baltimore City Public Schools to create these pieces. With a grant from Chesapeake Bay Trust procured by Pi-Sunyer, Bespoken Studios researched, wrote and illustrated the sheets. Input was gathered from BCPS as well as other Baltimore City Government organizations.
